Become part of this growing industry! You will build boxes, load and unload products, kit goods, pull orders, and get packages ready to ship.
Hospitals and other social service facilities are the backbone of our communities. As such, they need all different kinds of workers to come together and deliver expert care in a safe environment. Together, we’re helping people with disabilities discover their talents, achieve independence, and contribute to the success of our community’s businesses in powerful, lasting ways.
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit available to employers who hire individuals from specific groups who face barriers to employment. The credit amount varies based on the employee's group and the number of hours worked during the first year of employment. Eligible employers can claim the credit against their federal income tax liability. WOTC applies to individuals from various groups, including individuals with disabilities who have been referred to work by a state or federal vocational rehabilitation agency.
Visit irs.gov for more information on how to reduce your tax liability while providing employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. It's a win-win for your business and the community.
